  If you have questions about the workshops, contact the campus' FLEX Coordinator or designee. It is very important for you to provide an email address on your Contract page since the status of any independent project you submit will be via email.

For group/department project proposals, please follow previously established campus procedures. Consult your college's web site, campus FLEX handbook or Staff Development Coordinator if you need forms.

If you see discrepancies or omissions on your contract, please contact your college's FLEX Coordinator or designee.
